Half Heaven is the story of pastor Kizito, a self-righteous, legalist preacher who is mandated to take a one-month soul-winning trip to Mboko, a dreaded and godless ghetto, to validate his eligibility for ordination.
He is rescued and aided by an infamous prostitute, Bisona who houses him for as long as he carries his assignment. This unlawful combination breeds a rare type of chemistry that eventually sparks love. He later discovers Mboko means much more to him than just an assignment destination.
